Stock Manager – Retail

About the role

The Stock Manager will oversee inventory and stock flow for the NARS counter within Selfridges Manchester Trafford. You will ensure product availability, minimise losses, and support the sales team in achieving store targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Identify and communicate business‑critical risks related to stock.
• Analyse sell‑through data to highlight opportunities and optimise replenishment.
• Maintain strong relationships with the store team, Head Office and retail partners.
• Support the counter in reaching sales goals through effective stock management.

Required profile

• Proven ability to multi‑task and monitor counter activity.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communicator who can work collaboratively across teams.
