Stock Operations Specialist – Retail

About the role

As a Stock Operations Specialist at Zara, you will ensure smooth stockroom management, accurate inventory, and timely product availability on the shop floor. You will support the Stock Operations team, maintain high standards, and help the store deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day stockroom activities and ensure accurate inventory.
• Support stockroom organization and product flow to the shop floor.
• Assist with on‑trend visual displays and store presentation.
• Use stock and sales data to inform operational decisions.
• Coach and support team members, sharing stock knowledge and best practices.

Required profile

• Experience in retail stock, inventory, or logistics operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Results‑driven, proactive, and highly organized.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Motivated to learn, develop, and grow within retail operations.
