Stockroom Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a hard‑working Stockroom Assistant to support our team in day‑to‑day activities. This is a 16‑20 hour contract over 4‑5 days a week, primarily daytime shifts with some weekend work.

Key responsibilities

• Process stock deliveries and ensure items meet the highest retail standards.
• Prioritise placement of new lines and replenishment on the shop floor after delivery.
• Manage timely replenishment of stock throughout the day, maintaining size availability.
• Process stock recalls back to the warehouse in line with return standards and policy.
• Complete Collect‑In‑Store parcel audits and support parcel collections and returns.
• Support faulty stock management and returns.
• Maintain stockroom standards, organisation and cleanliness to support replenishment and limit damage.

Required profile

• Previous stockroom experience, preferably in a premium or luxury retail environment.
• A commercial approach to store operations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
