Store Assistant

About the role

Join Toolstation in Bicester as a Store Assistant, working 16 hours per week in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. You will be the friendly face of the store, helping customers find the right products while supporting deliveries and stock management.

Key responsibilities

• Handle deliveries, unpack stock and keep the store clean and organised.
• Prepare customer orders and assist with stocking shelves.
• Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up for deals.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering product advice.

Required profile

• Warm, friendly personality with a focus on high store standards.
• Reliability and flexibility to work early starts and late finishes.
• Positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm for a hands‑on retail role.
