Store Assistant – Part‑time (20 hrs/week)

About the role

Toolstation is looking for a Store Assistant to work 20 hours per week at its Kenley store. You will be the friendly face of the shop, helping customers find the right tools and supplies while also supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and unpack deliveries, stock shelves and keep the store tidy.
• Assist customers, answer questions about products and promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
• Prepare orders for collection and ensure efficient checkout processes.
• Maintain high store standards and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Warm, friendly personality with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Reliability and flexibility to work early starts and late finishes.
• Positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm for hands‑on retail work.
