Store Assistant – Toolstation, Spalding

About the role

A Toolstation in Spalding is looking for a Store Assistant on a 12-hour-per-week, 6-month fixed-term contract. The store is open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so early starts and late finishes are required. Candidates should live locally and be able to commute easily. No retail experience is needed, as training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and prepare orders
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and help customers find what they need for their projects
• Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts and sign customers up

• Warm, friendly personality and reliability

• Ability to work hard and adapt to hot summers and cold winters
