Store Colleague – Convenience

About the role

Join a local Morrisons Daily store as a Store Colleague, helping the community with friendly, reliable service. You’ll work across a range of duties, from cash handling to stock management, while often working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate tills and handle cash, including occasional Post Office duties (subject to DBS).
• Control stock levels, replenish shelves and maintain merchandising standards.
• Prepare Food‑to‑Go items when required.
• Ensure the store operates safely and complies with legal requirements.
• Cover supervisory duties when needed (additional pay applies).
• Perform regular lone‑working tasks as an essential part of the role.

Required profile

• Enjoys going above and beyond for customers.
• Flexible with early mornings, late evenings and varied shifts.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, active environment.
• Confident working independently during lone‑working periods.
• Over 18 years old for locations that sell alcohol.

• Till operation and cash handling.
• Stock control and inventory management.

• Ability to work alone safely.
