Store Colleague – Retail Team Member

About the role

As a Store Colleague at GO Outdoors you will be the front‑line ambassador for the brand, helping customers discover the right equipment for their outdoor adventures. You will work on a busy shop floor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support.
• Use in‑store systems to check stock, advise on product options and complete the customer journey.
• Maintain clean, organised and fully replenished shop floor and displays.
• Perform day‑to‑day tasks such as till duties, restocking and adhering to safety guidelines.

Required profile

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude suited to a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Passion for the outdoors and willingness to learn product knowledge.
