Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the store’s day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Inspire, lead and energise a dedicated team to deliver strong performance.
• Drive outstanding customer experiences with a personalised, high‑care approach.
• Achieve robust commercial performance by maximising sales, meeting KPIs and driving profitability.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, presentation and operational execution.
• Manage all aspects of store operations including stock control, staffing rotas, compliance and health & safety.
• Develop, support and coach team members to reach their full potential.
• Foster a positive, high‑performance culture focused on growth and achievement.
• Act as a professional ambassador for the business, reflecting its values and brand identity.

Required profile

• Accomplished retail leader already operating at Store Manager level.
• Genuine passion for lifestyle retail, including fashion, interiors, wellness and gifting.
• Proven ability to create an inspiring, positive customer environment in a busy, high‑traffic store.
• Confident leadership style with clear expectations and motivation of teams.
• Experience in performance management and handling high‑volume headcounts and turnover.
• Flexibility to work early mornings and evenings as required.
