About the role
Lead the VPZ Newbury team as Store Manager, earning £13.46 per hour plus bonus. This is a fantastic opportunity in a rapidly growing vaping retail business.
Key responsibilities
- Coaching and developing team members in all aspects of their role.
- Driving retail sales and helping the store meet and exceed targets.
- Overseeing day‑to‑day operations, including rota management, store standards, stock management and cash handling.
Required profile
- Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to cope with changing priorities.
