Store Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

Join the flagship Armani Exchange store on Regent Street as the Store Manager, leading a high‑performing team in a luxury fashion environment. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring the store meets its financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Plan and execute promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor stock levels, report sales results, and communicate product feedback to head office.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development of staff.
• Manage daily briefings, payroll updates, and employee concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, loss prevention, HR policies, and cash management procedures.
• Create and maintain staff rotas to guarantee floor coverage.
• Control store costs, including supplies, labour, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory levels aligned with store objectives.

Required profile

• Proven retail management experience with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and development.
