About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high‑street retail store in central London. You will create an inviting environment for customers, drive sales performance and inspire a large team to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a multi‑person team, setting standards of excellence in customer service.
• Drive sales and KPI performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Control costs, manage budgets and produce weekly financial and operational reports.
• Oversee visual merchandising, stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Handle HR duties, recruitment and staff development.
• Communicate best practices across the store and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Proven experience managing a retail store in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
