About the role

Key responsibilities

• Ensure store standards and audit processes are consistently met.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of retail staff.
• Build relationships with the local community and represent the brand positively.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising and daily operational tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a people‑first approach.
• Commitment to upholding store standards and policies.
