About the role
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our VPZ store in Wester Hailes. You will coach the team, drive sales and ensure the store runs smoothly while developing your retail career.
Key responsibilities
- Coaching and developing team members in all aspects of their role.
- Driving retail sales and helping the store meet and exceed targets.
- Overseeing day‑to‑day operations, including rota management, time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a team, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
