About the role

As a Responsible at Bershka Edinburgh you will lead the shop floor, combining emotional intelligence, commercial awareness and operational excellence to drive results through people.

Key responsibilities

• Lead with emotional intelligence, motivate, coach and develop the team.
• Analyse sales performance, KPIs and product data to make informed decisions.
• Ensure strong execution of visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment.
• Model proactive, personalised, solution‑focused customer service.
• Prioritise tasks in a high‑volume environment and maintain standards, processes and compliance.
• Promote inclusivity, collaboration and sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to influence positively.
• Commercial awareness with confidence interpreting sales data.
• Exceptional time‑management and organisational skills.
• Resilience and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
• High personal standards, integrity and accountability.
