About the role
Footasylum is seeking an energetic Store Supervisor to lead a retail team in the Glasgow region. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, coaching sales assistants, and driving commercial results in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maximise in‑store sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock, protect profit, and maintain merchandising standards.
- Oversee health and safety, HR policies, and staff wellbeing.
- Plan forward, manage day‑to‑day expenses, and support recruitment and training activities.
Required profile
- Passion for fashion retail and alignment with Footasylum’s “Defy Ordinary” ethos.
- Previous experience in fashion retail, preferably managing a team of sales assistants.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high‑energy setting.
Required skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organised, customer‑focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
