Store Supervisor

About the role

Under Armour is looking for a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach teammates, and support the Assistant Store Manager. This role is essential for maintaining merchandise standards and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends and make real‑time business decisions.
• Review merchandise reports and adjust presentation to maximize sales.
• Ensure loss‑prevention standards and monitor audit compliance.
• Rotate ownership of key areas such as talent, visuals, and operations to gain cross‑functional experience.
• Provide detailed product information to customers.
• Communicate accidents or injuries to store leadership immediately.
• Set clear sales and KPI targets for teammates and support their achievement.
• Assist store, regional, and HR teams with onboarding and continuous training.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Fluency in the local language; basic English is a plus.
• Availability for full‑time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lb (12 kg) each shift.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Advanced selling experience and strong industry understanding.
