Store Supervisor – Shopfloor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Store Supervisor to lead the shop‑floor team in Portsmouth. You will act as the key link between products and customers, supporting the management team and driving store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in achieving KPIs and profit targets.
• Set and monitor individual, daily and weekly sales targets for the team.
• Generate reports on KPIs and communicate insights to management.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Deliver exceptional 1‑to‑2‑one customer service, ensuring the customer is always first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop staff through training, coaching and product knowledge sessions.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with proven team‑management experience.
• Track record of developing and growing retail teams.
• Experience meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of day‑to‑day store operations.
