Storeperson & Shipping Administrator

About the Role

Join a leading manufacturing company in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment. We are seeking a dedicated Storeperson & Shipping Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our global operations, ensuring seamless stock control and efficient international shipping processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end receiving process: verifying, inspecting, and recording incoming goods using ERP/MRP systems.
• Oversee product preparation, professional packaging, and dispatch, with a specific focus on complex export shipments.
• Coordinate courier collections and manage all necessary international shipping documentation.
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and rigorous reconciliations.
• Handle non-conforming or damaged goods and coordinate the returns process (RMA).
• Support the production team through efficient kitting and timely material replenishment.
• Ensure the warehouse remains organized, safe, and fully compliant with all operational procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience working within a manufacturing warehouse or store environment.
• Strong proficiency in inventory control systems and ERP/MRP software.
• Hands-on experience managing courier platforms such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
• Highly organized individual with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously while meeting strict deadlines in a high-pressure setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
