Stores Person – Food Manufacturing Equipment

About the role
This permanent, full‑time position supports a leading food manufacturing business by managing the day‑to‑day operations of its stores department. You will work on‑site in Camborne, handling materials, maintaining records and ensuring a safe, tidy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee receipt, storage, issue and movement of materials.
- Maintain correct handling and storage conditions in line with regulations.
- Perform inventory control, ensuring shelf‑life items and tooling are up‑to‑date.
- Create and maintain documentation and logs.
- Control and dispose of waste in accordance with company and environmental policies.
- Keep the work area clean and organised.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a stores or warehouse environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for accurate reporting.
- Computer literate.
- Forklift licence is advantageous.
