About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partnering Manager to provide strategic financial leadership for the Growth and Prosperity Directorate. The role involves leading a Finance Business Partnering Team and delivering financial insight across regeneration schemes, capital appraisals and joint‑venture arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead a Finance Business Partnering Team.
• Provide strategic financial advice and business partnering support to senior stakeholders.
• Support regeneration schemes and major programmes with financial oversight.
• Advise on capital appraisals, investment decisions and joint‑venture structures.
• Identify cost‑saving, income‑generation and commercialisation opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement, governance and effective financial risk management.
• Oversee team performance, development and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Significant experience in finance business partnering, preferably within regeneration, capital investment and joint ventures.
• Proven team management and leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at senior level.
• Ability to deliver clear, strategic financial advice in a complex environment.
