Strategic Partnership Manager – Chronic Care (North West)

About the role

As a Strategic Partnership Manager for Chronic Care in the North West, you will align Coloplast’s business strategies with the evolving NHS landscape, driving market access for our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop impactful business development projects and lead service redesign initiatives.
• Ensure market access for all Coloplast products across the region, overcoming funding and service provision challenges.
• Prepare Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) for market access activities for current and pipeline products.
• Develop local care standards and patient pathways for Coloplast solutions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with ICS stakeholders and identify new NHS partners for sustainable collaborations.
• Engage with wider system stakeholders such as APC, AHSN, and local authorities to enhance Coloplast’s presence.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of NHS policy and experience working with NHS bodies in a payer environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of market dynamics, reimbursement, legislation and service redesign.
• Key account management experience with payors and strategic decision‑makers.
• Excellent negotiation, project management and data analysis skills for building business cases.
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders and influence formularies.
• Commercial acumen, creativity in problem‑solving and adaptability.
• Full driving licence.
