Strategic Programme Management Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Manager to lead high‑impact transformation programmes, shape client strategy and drive business growth within our consulting team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale transformation programmes and complex client engagements.
• Solve complex business problems and influence strategic decision‑making at senior levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Manage teams and ensure high‑quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Drive business development activities, including leading proposals and RFPs.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support practice development.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
• Deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in consulting, programme management or transformation environments.
• Proven experience leading engagements and managing client‑facing teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated business development and revenue‑growth experience.
• Track record of delivering complex programmes and driving outcomes.
• Excellent problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify new opportunities.
• Experience building long‑term client relationships and growing accounts.
