Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner – EMEA

We’re hiring a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to help power our next phase of growth across EMEA. This high‑impact, business‑critical role sits at the heart of Shield AI’s international expansion, supporting new market entries, building best‑in‑class sales and engineering organisations, and partnering with senior leaders to shape the company’s future.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior and executive stakeholders to translate business objectives and market entry plans into scalable, data‑driven talent acquisition strategies.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for senior, critical, and hard‑to‑hire roles, designing sourcing strategies that attract high‑impact engineering and commercial talent across EMEA.
• Act as an EMEA ambassador for the employer brand, collaborating with branding, communications and leadership to localise the value proposition and activate branding opportunities.
• Use data to forecast hiring needs, track progress and continuously optimise recruitment performance, while improving TA processes and tools to support speed, quality and scale.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a strategic talent acquisition partner driving full‑cycle hiring for engineering and go‑to‑market talent within the defence or public‑sector SaaS space.
• Demonstrated success supporting new market entries and scaling teams rapidly.
• Strong credibility working with senior leaders and executives as a trusted talent advisor.
• Deep understanding of EMEA talent dynamics, sourcing strategies and competitive intelligence.
• Highly consultative, commercially minded and comfortable operating with ambiguity.
