Strategy & Commercial Manager, International

About the role

Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, is building the international arm of its consumer health platform, which serves patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada. The International Strategy & Commercial team owns strategic initiatives and commercial decisions across existing markets (Canada, Germany, Japan and Spain) and new country launches, and the role reports to the Head of International Strategy & Commercial.

Key responsibilities

• Operating countries: drive strategy and commercial performance in live markets, understand what drives each market's P&L, run experiments across the funnel, place data-driven bets and set joint OKRs with local General Managers
• Corporate development: identify new verticals and investment opportunities to unlock alternative growth pathways
• Pharma and strategic partnerships: structure and negotiate commercial deals (rebates, co-funding, demand-generation programmes) with big-pharma partners and strategic partners, and own some relationships end-to-end

Required profile

• At least 7+ years in a high-pressure environment such as consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking or a recent high-growth startup; experience across more than one of these is highly valued
• Strong commercial and financial modelling ability, with clear assumptions and defensible unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback)
• Ability to run due diligence, write investment theses and slide decks, and negotiate with partners, suppliers and pharma companies
• Project management and communication skills, with a founder mindset and resilience
