Strategy Consultant – French Proficiency

About the role

3HORIZONS is seeking a Strategy Consultant with strong French language skills to lead client projects, drive insights, and help organisations close the gap between ambition and execution. You will work alongside a global team that combines consulting expertise with cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage end‑to‑end project execution and lead a small team (up to 3 members).
• Act as primary client contact, identify and develop relationship opportunities.
• Foster a high‑performance culture, oversee daily project delivery and mentor junior colleagues.
• Design and lead workshops, presenting actionable recommendations to client and internal teams.
• Operate in complex, dynamic environments as project manager and provide operational support through structured analyses.
• Contribute ideas to the evolution of the company’s technology, methods, and consulting approaches.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm or comparable strategic role.
• Master’s degree from a leading university; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Proven record of high performance and measurable achievements.
• Ability to influence senior partners and executives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with knowledge of Lean testing, MVPs, and disciplined experimentation.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership in team settings.
