Strategy Consultant

About the role

Endava is looking for a Strategy Consultant to join Dava.Y, its AI‑focused growth engine. You will work within small, multi‑disciplinary teams to turn ambiguous business challenges into clear, investable strategies and help clients harness AI for productivity and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver discrete workstreams (typically 4–10 weeks) within Dava.Y engagements.
• Conduct research, analysis and synthesis to frame problems and identify value opportunities.
• Develop structured outputs such as opportunity maps, propositions and business cases.
• Translate early‑stage ideas into well‑articulated recommendations.
• Support workshops through preparation, facilitation assistance and synthesis.
• Collaborate with design and technology teams to shape integrated solutions.
• Leverage AI tools and techniques to accelerate research and concept generation.
• Contribute to proposals, pitches and early‑stage opportunity shaping.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in strategy, product, innovation or digital roles.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced or ambiguous environments.
• Background in consulting, product development, design studios, venture or similar settings.
• Experience with early‑stage problem definition and opportunity shaping.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑structuring and clear communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with clients and facilitating workshops.
