About the role

We are seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) to lead the design of complex steel bridge projects from concept through fabrication and construction. Based in London, Ontario, you will work on major infrastructure initiatives across Canada, providing technical ownership and mentorship to the engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and analysis of steel bridge structures and related infrastructure systems.
• Perform structural calculations, load analysis, stress assessments, and advanced structural modeling.
• Develop detailed design documentation and coordinate with fabrication, construction, and client teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure technical quality throughout project phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Required profile

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Canada.
• Proven experience in steel bridge design and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to take technical ownership and guide engineering teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients and contractors.
