Student Coordinator

About the role

The Student Coordinator will join HCRG Care Group’s Learning Enterprise team to support healthcare students throughout their placement journey. This full‑time, remote position offers the chance to shape exceptional learning experiences and contribute to the development of the future workforce. You will work closely with the Professional Development Team, handling onboarding, training, data reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate student placements across the organisation, from onboarding to placement completion.
• Manage the onboarding process, ensuring students have the necessary information and resources.
• Organise and deliver training sessions and induction programmes for students.
• Collect, analyse and report placement data to support continuous improvement.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including educational institutions and healthcare partners.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student placements.

Required profile

• Highly organised administrator with a passion for education and people.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently while remote.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
• Data entry and basic reporting capabilities.
