Student Work Experience Programme – One Week at Vitesse

About the role

This one‑week work experience programme gives students in Years 9‑12 a chance to explore a fast‑growing fintech scale‑up. Participants will rotate across several departments, gaining insight into daily operations and building foundational workplace skills.

Key responsibilities

• Spend time with teams such as People & Talent, Technology & Engineering, Commercial, Customer Support, and Finance & Operations to understand their functions.
• Complete structured tasks using a laptop provided for the duration of the programme.
• Attend team meetings, shadow professionals, and contribute where appropriate.
• Prepare a personal statement reflecting on the experience and potential career paths.

Required profile

• Students in Years 9‑12 with the legal right to stay in the UK for the programme dates.
• Parental/guardian consent if under 18 and willingness to sign an NDA.
• Ability to provide a school recommendation and contact details.
• Motivation, curiosity and basic communication skills.
