Studio Instructor – Fitness Classes

About the role

One City is seeking experienced fitness professionals to deliver high‑energy studio classes at its Battersea Power Station location in London. The role involves leading mixed‑ability groups, designing class structure and music, and representing the brand both in‑studio and in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high‑energy studio classes to mixed‑ability groups, ensuring safety and quality.
• Design and execute class structure, pacing and music programming with support from the head coaching team.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity.
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere that reflects One City’s values of consistency, community and progress.

Required profile

• Level 2 or Level 3 Fitness/Group Exercise qualification.
• Proven experience teaching group fitness classes in a boutique studio or premium gym.
• Strong presence, confidence, time‑keeping and ability to command a room.
• Growth mindset, competitive spirit and proactive, reliable attitude.
• Ability to adapt coaching to diverse fitness levels, offering progressions and regressions.
