About the role

We are looking for a motivated Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to join our dynamic team in Leeds. In this full‑time, ongoing position you will support individuals throughout their recovery journey, providing guidance, structure and encouragement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one support to service users throughout their recovery journey.
• Develop and implement personalised recovery plans in collaboration with service users.
• Facilitate group sessions and workshops to promote education and peer support.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals, social services and partner agencies to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records to monitor progress and outcomes.

• Motivated and committed to supporting individuals with substance misuse issues.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Leeds.
