SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect

About the role

A recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect for a contract of 4-5 months with a possible extension, starting as soon as possible. The role leads and supports instance separation projects, ensuring secure data migration, system integrity and minimal business disruption. It is based in London, hybrid with 2-3 days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and take part in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and configuration projects, focusing on instance separation activities.
• Gather business requirements and design scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure Employee Central modules such as organisational management, position management, employee data management and workflow design.
• Manage and execute instance separation projects with minimal disruption and strong data security.
• Work with HR, IT and other business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Required profile

• At least one instance separation project completed.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements.
• Experience with complex instance separation projects, focused on data integrity and security.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration.
• Business process mapping and data migration within Employee Central.
