Summer Data Entry Assistant

About the role

This 3‑month summer placement offers recent graduates the chance to gain hands‑on experience in a regulated financial services environment. You will support a client remediation project, working with case records, client communications and data‑driven case management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date case records in the Xplan CRM system.
• Support end‑to‑end processing and tracking of remediation cases.
• Manage client communications, draft professional correspondence and handle responses.
• Validate client information, such as bank details, through approved verification channels.
• Ensure case files and documentation are complete and correctly uploaded.
• Maintain accurate data for management information (MI) reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and system usage.
• Uphold high standards of confidentiality, accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or student seeking summer work.
• Previous office work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable using new systems and tools quickly.
• Basic working knowledge of Excel.
• Experience in financial services, case management or remediation is advantageous.
