Summer Temporary Sales Assistant

About the role

Join our vibrant retail team for a seasonal summer position, delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our ethically‑crafted products. You will work on‑site in a high‑street store, engaging shoppers through demonstrations, personalised consultations, and fun in‑store events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, friendly customer service throughout the store.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and suggest suitable items based on customer needs.
• Conduct shop tours, create personalised routines, and offer pampering consultations such as facials and scalp massages.
• Host themed parties and events for customers of all ages, ensuring each experience is unique and memorable.
• Collaborate with teammates, give and receive feedback, and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

Required profile

• Passionate and motivated about cosmetics and ethical retail.
• Enthusiastic team player who enjoys interacting with customers.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn product knowledge.
• Ability to work flexible hours, up to 12 hours per week.
