About the role
We are seeking a Supervising Social Worker to join a well‑established therapeutic independent fostering agency with a Good Ofsted rating. The role offers a flexible home‑working arrangement, allowing a healthy work‑life balance while supporting foster families across Kent and South London.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee a small caseload of approximately seven foster families.
- Provide supervision, guidance and support to foster carers.
- Ensure the wellbeing and safety of children placed in foster care.
- Maintain accurate records and case notes in line with agency policies.
- Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver therapeutic outcomes.
Required profile
- Qualified Social Worker.
- Experience working in fostering.
- Full driving licence.
