Supply Chain Administrator

About the role

BSS, part of the Travis Perkins Group, is looking for a highly organised Supply Chain Administrator for its Magna Park and Crosspoint sites in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. The role works directly with the Head of Distribution and keeps the sites running smoothly. It is permanent and part-time, 24 hours per week (about 3 days), with a competitive salary, bonus and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• HR and recruitment support: act as the first point of contact for colleagues and managers on HR process questions, and welcome new starters.
• Payroll: input overtime for drivers and colleagues ahead of the payroll cut-off, produce the monthly shift allowance report, administer the bonus payment scheme, process salary changes and shift allowances accurately and on time.
• Reports and data: run holiday reports when requested, analyse attendance, work with Payroll, HR and ER, complete the monthly Bradford Factor analysis and check that attendance records match return to work paperwork.
• Site support and facilities: manage cleaning, vending and meeting room bookings, organise door access cards and help the wider team.
• Ad hoc support for the Head of Distribution and management team, including the Getting It Right awards.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and time management skills, able to handle several requests at once.
• Complete confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• A proactive problem solver who adapts when priorities change, and a team player who takes pride in accuracy.
