Supply Chain Coordinator (4‑month contract)

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will support the procurement and supply chain team in a fast‑moving environment, ensuring that products, materials and services are delivered on time and to the required standards. This four‑month temporary position is based in Maidstone and offers hands‑on experience across the full procurement cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Raise and process purchase orders accurately.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
• Maintain procurement and inventory records.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery, pricing and stock issues.
• Track orders and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Support stock management and inventory planning activities.
• Liaise with warehouses, logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
• Produce reports and analyse procurement and supply chain data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the Procurement and Supply Chain teams.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to build supplier relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
