Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator to support the rapid growth of our gut‑health soft‑drink brands. This autonomous, hands‑on position will own the development and execution of operational processes, ensuring smooth stock management, manufacturer relationships and warehouse coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock levels across all SKUs, monitor run‑rate, run‑out and re‑order dates through proactive supply and demand planning.
• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with manufacturers, UK warehousing partners and hauliers.
• Process and coordinate purchase orders throughout the business.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Work with senior management to integrate automation and AI solutions.
• Incorporate sales data into daily volume forecasting.
• Support sales and marketing teams on operational matters.

• Enjoys building systems, organising processes and leading set‑up of new workflows.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a “make it happen” attitude.
• Eager to grow with the business and take on increased responsibility.

Required skills

• Supply & demand planning.
• Data analysis with strong IT proficiency.
• Experience or familiarity with supply‑chain operations, preferably in FMCG.

What we offer

• Salary £35,000‑£45,000 per annum plus bonus and phone allowance.
