Supply Chain Manager (Food Manufacturing)

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager to own the end‑to‑end supply chain function for a fast‑growing premium food manufacturing business. Working directly with the founders and operations team, you will ensure materials, inventory and production planning support the company’s next phase of growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage purchasing and supplier relationships across UK and international supply chains.
- Place, track and follow up purchase orders, monitor lead times and guarantee continuity of supply.
- Coordinate imports, deliveries and customs with international suppliers, logistics providers and customs partners.
- Maintain stock accuracy, oversee inventory management and drive warehouse replenishment.
- Support production planning through demand forecasting and inventory analysis.
- Identify and implement cost‑saving and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Optimise ERP and inventory management systems, focusing on automation and process efficiency.
- Develop KPI reports, dashboards and performance metrics and present insights to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or related food operations.
- Hands‑on approach in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English for direct communication with international suppliers.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel – building models, reports and dashboards.
- ERP/WMS platforms – preferably Cin7 Core or similar.
- Data analysis and KPI reporting.
- Demand forecasting and inventory optimisation.
- Spanish language proficiency.
- English language proficiency.
What we offer
- Salary £45,000‑£55,000 per year, plus a 10 % discretionary performance bonus.
