Supply Planner (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for an interim Supply Planner to join our fast‑paced FMCG environment in Holborn, London. You will support demand and supply planning for finished goods across the UK and ANZ markets, ensuring the right capacity and inventory levels to meet commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the end‑to‑end supply planning strategy, developing constrained finished‑goods forecasts and translating them into supply and requirements plans.
• Manage and resolve supply risks, ensuring continuity of supply and on‑time, in‑full order fulfilment.
• Own capacity, inventory, waste and service‑level reporting and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Customer Development, Marketing and Third‑Party Manufacturing teams to align supply plans with commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate repack and co‑pack activities with external suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in supply planning within a FMCG or similar environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with global stakeholders.

What we offer

• Full‑time temporary contract until June 2027 (37.5 hours/week, Monday‑Friday).
