Supply Primary Teacher – Day-to-Day & Short-Term Roles

About the role

We are seeking qualified Primary Teachers to join our supply pool for day-to-day, short-term and long-term cover across Medway and Mid Kent. Positions are available for both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classrooms, offering flexibility to match your experience and lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the National Curriculum for KS1 or KS2 pupils.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Assess and record student progress, providing feedback to parents and senior staff.
• Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure continuity of teaching.
• Adapt lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent for primary education in England.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
• Flexibility to work on short notice across multiple schools in Medway and Mid Kent.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
