About the role

Academics is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers to deliver primary education across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in Lewisham. You will work on a daily, short‑term or long‑term basis, matching your availability while inspiring young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Maintain effective classroom management and a safe learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and student needs.
• Provide continuity of learning during teacher absences.
• Collaborate with school staff and follow school policies.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Professional, reliable and adaptable attitude.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
