Supply Teacher – Flexible Secondary School Role in Ashford

About the role

We are seeking qualified teachers to join our pool of supply teachers for secondary schools in Ashford and the surrounding Kent area. As a supply teacher you will step into classrooms on short notice, delivering lessons prepared by the regular teacher and ensuring continuity for pupils.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching experience.
• Experience working in a secondary school environment.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
• Flexible, adaptable and excellent communication skills.
• Genuine commitment to supporting pupils’ learning.
