Supply Teacher – Primary (Daily Supply, Flexible)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic primary supply teachers for daily assignments in the Maidstone area. The role offers flexible, ad‑hoc work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, allowing you to choose when and where you teach.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day classroom coverage on short notice.
• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching approaches to different year groups and classes.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• Positive, adaptable attitude for varied classes.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver consistent teaching at short notice.
