Supply Teacher – Primary Schools in Blackpool

About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic supply teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Blackpool and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible, short‑term or long‑term assignments, giving you the chance to gain experience in different year groups.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Teach on a day‑to‑day, short‑term or long‑term supply basis.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain high learning standards.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Willingness to teach across multiple year groups.
• Reliable transport for travel throughout Blackpool.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Professional and adaptable attitude; early‑career teachers are encouraged.
