Supply Teacher – Primary & Secondary Opportunities in High Wycombe

About the role

We are seeking qualified Supply Teachers to support primary and secondary schools in High Wycombe. The role offers flexible daily, short‑term, long‑term and permanent placements across EYFS, KS1, KS2 and secondary phases.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons that align with the school curriculum.
• Establish positive classroom routines quickly.
• Maintain high standards of teaching and pupil progress.
• Manage behaviour effectively and create a safe learning environment.
• Depending on the assignment, plan, prepare and mark work or focus solely on classroom teaching.

Required profile

• Previous classroom teaching experience (QTS, ECT, instructor or experienced tutor).
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• Strong subject knowledge appropriate to the age phase.
• Adaptability to different school environments.
• Commitment to high‑quality learning and pupil progress.
• Professional communication and organisational abilities.
