Supply Teacher – Primary (Temporary)

About the role

Reed Education is seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to join its talent pool for the upcoming September term. You will be placed in local schools across the South East, delivering KS1 and KS2 curriculum as a class teacher, PPA teacher, or intervention specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils.
• Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including PPA and intervention sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in primary schools, preferably across KS1‑KS2.
• Flexibility to work on short‑notice assignments during the summer and September term.
• Commitment to professional standards and safeguarding policies.

Required skills

• Strong classroom management techniques.
• Ability to adapt lesson plans to diverse learner needs.
• Effective communication with pupils, parents, and staff.
