Supply Teacher – Secondary

About the role
Reed Education is seeking qualified secondary teachers to join its Talent Pool for supply work across schools in the South East. This flexible, temporary role allows you to step into classrooms, cover staff absences and support student learning throughout the academic year.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects.
- Provide intervention and catch‑up support for pupils as needed.
- Cover short‑term absences, long‑term placements or specialist subject needs.
- Maintain accurate records and follow school policies.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher (QTS) or Early Career Teacher ready for supply work.
- Willingness to work flexibly across different schools and timetables.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
