Support Worker – Driver

About the role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Support Workers who can also drive to provide high‑quality, person‑centred care for residents with complex needs in St Helens, Merseyside. The role combines direct care, medication administration, and assistance with daily living tasks while helping service users access community activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care, administer medication and support domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Encourage and accompany service users to a variety of social and community activities, both on‑site and off‑site.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with service users and their families.
• Work flexible full‑time or part‑time hours, including occasional sleep‑ins, to meet service needs.

Required profile

• Warm, positive and reliable with a genuine passion for person‑centred care.
• Willingness to work flexibly and support 24/7 out‑of‑hours teams.
• No prior care experience required, but a commitment to learning and development is essential.

Required skills

• Full, clean driving licence (essential for transporting service users).
